The Registration Process

There are several ways for you to register with your Club within ClubHub.

  1. Parent/Guardian registers their child or children, and themselves
  2. Player registers themselves
  3. Administrator registers Players (and Parent/Guardians if required)
  4. Club Member adds a Player or Parent/Guardian to their Family Group
  5. Administrator adds a Player or Parent/Guardian to a Family Group

The registration process involves the following steps


Register Player

Required fields are indicated with an asterisk, but please complete every field possible for ease of contact.

Email address is important (much of the Club's communication with you will be via email). For junior and youth Players one of the Parent/Guardians may choose to use their own email address.

If your email address already exists in the system you should login as one of that Family Group's members and register as a part of that Family Group.

If you later forget the password you enter here, you'll be able to get a new one generated by clicking the I Have Forgotten My Username or Password link on the login screen and entering your email address. This action will send your password to the email account you used when you first registered.

Press Continue when complete.

Press Cancel to abandon all input.

PLEASE NOTE - if your club requires that junior/youth Players must also register a Parent/Guardian, you will not be allowed to complete registration until you have entered a Parent/Guardian's details. If the Parent/Guardian will also be a Player in the Club, please register them as a Player and you will be asked if this senior Player should be the Parent/Guardian of any junior/youth Players.




Register Parent (junior and youth only)

Required fields are indicated with an asterisk, but please complete every field possible for ease of contact.

The Emergency Contact/Special Instructions field may contain an alternative name and address to either parent.

If your email address already exists in the system you should login as one of that Family Group's members and register as a part of that Family Group.

If you later forget the password you enter here, you'll be able to get a new one generated by clicking the I Have Forgotten My Username or Password link on the login screen and entering your email address. This action will send your password to the email account you used when you first registered.

Ideally two parent's information should be entered.

Press Continue when complete.

Press Cancel to abandon all input.




View Information So Far

Review and amend input using the Edit links.

Press Continue when complete.

Press Cancel to abandon all input.




Confirm Registration?

This screen shows the subscription and Grade for the Player(s) entered, any Merchandise purchased, as well as any discounts available. Note that an early payment discount may be due to expire shortly.

Review and amend input using the click here link, or the Player Name link.

Press Confirm Registration when complete. The data you have entered is now recorded on the Club's database, and an confirmation email has been sent to the email addresses provided .




Registration Was Successful - Payment Screen

The Player(s) (and Parent/Guardians of junior and youth Players) are now registered with the Club.

This screen permits you to select the payment option you require. You do not need to complete the payment now, you can leave this screen and login later to complete payment.

Press Online Payment to pay securely by credit card or click the PayPal image. This part of the system uses a third party secure online payment service meaning that the Club will never see your credit card details. On completion of the payment screens, the payment details are recorded in the Club's database.

Press Other Payment Methods to print an invoice for you to deliver to the Club along with the payment, or to view Internet banking details (if offered by your Club).




Payment Result

This screen informs you of the success of your credit card payment.

Click the Print your receipt link to print a receipt (only if required, since an email receipt has already been sent to the email address provided).

Press Login if you wish to log in, or just close the browser to finish.




Internet Banking, Cheque & Cash Payments

If you selected Other Payment Options as your payment option, this screen will appear. It contains instructions on how to make an Internet Banking, cash or cheque payment (depending what methods Western Districts Hockey Club has decided to use).

Press Show Payment Form.

PLEASE NOTE: If you now decide to pay via credit card, then keep pressing the Continue button until the login screen appears, login using your username and password, and then select the Make a Payment option.

Payment Form

Print the page that appears using the browser print option, complete it, attach it to the payment and forward it to the address shown on the form.

Press Continue. You can now login using your username and password if you wish, otherwise just close the browser.
